1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GLP Certified® website (glpcertified.org) or any of our certification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

GLP Certified® provides nutritional certification services for food products to evaluate compliance with GLP-1 dietary guidelines. Our certification process involves evaluation by trained staff using guidelines created by Registered Dietitians and Food Scientists.

3. Certification Process

  • Certification is granted based on an evaluation of product nutritional profiles submitted by the applicant.

  • GLP Certified® reserves the right to approve or deny certification at its sole discretion.

  • Certification status is valid for the period specified in your certification agreement and is subject to renewal.

  • GLP Certified® may revoke certification if a product no longer meets certification standards or if information provided during the application process is found to be inaccurate.

4. Use of the GLP Certified® Mark

  • The GLP Certified® mark is a registered trademark and may only be used by companies with active, valid certification.

  • Use of the mark must comply with the brand guidelines provided upon certification approval.

  • Unauthorized use of the GLP Certified® mark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Upon expiration or revocation of certification, all use of the mark must cease immediately.

5. Fees and Payment

Certification fees are outlined on our Services page and in individual certification agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the GLP Certified® website, including text, graphics, logos, and the certification mark, is the property of GLP Certified® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The GLP-1 certification methodology is patented.

7. Limitation of Liability

GLP Certified® provides certification based on the information and product data submitted by applicants. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, sales increase, or market performance as a result of certification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP Certified® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

GLP Certified® will treat all product formulations, nutritional data, and proprietary business information submitted during the certification process as confidential, except as required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLP Certified®, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your products, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
